Kirkpatrick Evans is a well-established organization of occupational
therapists who have prepared in excess of 1800 care reports for the legal
profession for over ten years. We are fully versed in the Civil Procedure
Rules and regularly receive instruction as Single Joint Experts.
As OTs we have unique skills in that we consider care needs from hospital
discharge to producing long-term home-care packages. We equally consider
other needs such as specialist equipment, transport and housing. Reports
are comprehensive, yet concise, and all costings are verified.
Our therapists have a wide variety of expertise to provide the report
you need, and are also fully trained in report-writing and presenting
their evidence to Court, and preparing Joint Statements.
We have an efficient administration base, respond to enquiries
