administered by faxing signed copy on Fridays and sending
original by post for office records by 1.00pm on Mondays.

All payment to be deposited into appropriate accounts on
Fridays.

'Payslips will be sent to reach you by Saturday morning with
replacement timesheet included.

All Tax and NI enquiries dealt with on request.

Stakeholder Pensions information available on request and
membership arranged if desired.
