When registering with Term Time you are requested to bring the following with you;

  • Your Degree/and or QTS certificate (original only)
  • References/Referees (to cover 5 years)
  • Up to Date CV (If available)
  • 2 x Identification (passport, driving licence (new) or birth certificate
  • Marriage Certificate (if teaching degree is in maiden name)
  • 2 x Passport Photographs (colour)
  • Proof of DfES number (If available)
  • Copy of disclosure/Police check (if available)
  • Proof of NI number (Card or old payslip)
  • Bank details
  • 2 x Proof of Address (Utility Bill, Credit Card, Mortgage or Insurance Statement)
  • Visa (If Applicable)
