GLAUCA ROSSI SCHOOL OF MAKE-UP
 Glauca Rossi has worked extensively as a make-up artist for many years. She has created make-up design for major fashion magazines, fashion photographers, designers and top models. The students come from Australia, Japan, Hong Kong, US, and Europe. The class sized is kept to no more than 15 students in order to ensure attention to individual basis. The school also provides the graduating students with practical advice on how to get started as a make-up artist.

The school is located in Littel Venice, near central London.

BEGINNERS 12 weeks or 8 week Intensive
For those who wishes to start a career as a make-up artist.

Course Outline (same for 12 weeks and 8 weeks)

-Theoretical study of face shape and bone structure with practical application.
-Application and blending techniques.
-Highlighting and shading.
-Eyebrow shaping.
-Natural make-up (close up and long shot) for black & white and colour photography.
-Dramatic and glamourous make-up for both black & white and colour photography, and fashion shows.
-Make-up for black and Asian skin.Fashion and Beauty period make-up from 1920 - 1970; as well as an emphasis on the latest -trends.
-Creative make-up for pop and promotional video.
-Lectures on lighting, industry procedures and preparation for assignments - given by a professional photographer.
-Three studio based photoshoots with a professional photographer and professional model to introduce portfolio collation and provide three prints.

ADVANCED 4 weeks
A refresher course for those with experience in the field of fashion and photography. A portofolio is required with application.

Course Outline

-Dramatic and glamourous make-up (for all skin colours) for balck & white and colour photography and fashion shows.
-Period make-up for beauty and fashion from 1920 - 1970.
-Make-up for pop and promotional video (colour and black & white).
-Concentration on the latest looks being requested in fashion and beauty.
-Two test shots with professional photographer and model.
