The Course

The course is generally flat with no steep hills other than the bridge over the motorway. It starts on the Railway Path underneath Croft Road near to the Station Industrial Estate. Most of the first 2 miles is a gradual downhill run towards Toothill. After the private road through South Leaze farm there is a short stretch along Wharf Road. The race then returns over the motorway on Mill Lane to rejoin the railway path at the bridge over the canal. The next mile is a gradual climb back to Old Town where the Finish takes place on the grass area between Marlborough Road and the Marriott Hotel.

The Race HQ is at the Croft Sport Centre, near to the finish and about 10 minutes walk from the start.
