Castle House stands in the centre of Castle Combe. Built in 1672 and originally The George Inn, the house has a wonderful history. Recently featured in the movie "Stardust", the beautiful attic bedroom used by Sienna Miller is now available for Bed and Breakfast.
The suite of rooms occupies the entire second floor and offers complete privacy for our guests. With room to take breakfast, a separate sitting area and modern en-suite facilities, Castle House provides a very special place to stay.
The Manor House Hotel, Castle Inn and White Hart pub are all a
stone's throw away, and across the road lies the start of a footpath through some glorious
scenery.
We're ideally situated for exploring the Cotwolds, Bath and many surrounding National
Trust properties.
Things you need to know about us before you book!!
1. This is a non-smoking family home.
2. The bedroom is accessed by two steep sets of stairs, and is not suitable for those with
walking difficulties.
3. This is a period house, full of period features one of which is extremely low headroom.
4. There is free public parking adjacent to the property, however there is no private
parking.
5. We have a lovely deep bath with a shower attachment (because of the sloping roof it is
not for use at standing height).

If you still like the sound of us, our rate is £85 including
breakfast.
(payment by cash, sterling cheque or pre-arranged e-transfer, sorry no credit cards).
We look forward to welcoming you to Castle House
