The Village Museum, Castle Combe
The Village Museum is run by the villagers and provides a fascinating insight in to the history of this most historic village and its delightful countryside surroundings. Although a small museum there are many artifacts on display including old photographs of people and places, archeological finds, architectural features rescued from the village and old maps. The museum is staffed by villagers who are willing to answer any questions you may have.
