Accommodation
Ground Floor: Lounge with coal effect gas fire, Kitchen/Diner. 1st Floor: Double bedroom, Twin
Bedroom, Bathroom with bath, shower, WC and handbasin.

Services
Gasfire (gas included in rental), electric heater in each bedroom, electricity by token
meter. Linen and towels included in rental. Colour TV, radio cassette, electric cooker,
microwave, use of owners automatic washing machine, telephone. Sitting out area and use
of owners garden by arrangement. Parking for two cars. Regret no pets.

Booking Conditions
All bookings are from Saturday to Saturday, arrival after 3.00pm and departure by
10.00am. A deposit of £50 is payable with your booking and the balance on arrival.
Directions for finding Long Dean will be sent with our acknowledgement of your booking.
