The White Hart has been a central feature of this, the 'prettiest village in England' since the 14th Century.
The pub features a main bar, family room and a sunny conservatory along with patio gardens to the rear. There is an extensive menu of tasty food available.
Among the real ales from the hand pumps are Wadworths 6X, Farmers Glory and IPA along with Blackthorn and Cider Master Strong Ciders.
Thursday evenings see either music or a quiz in the pub, all are welcome.
The White Hart has been part of village life and has been serving ales for 600 years. The building is an original half timbered house and an architectural gem, built around the year 1200, and is situated directly opposite the stone tiled market cross at the centre of the village.
There are many nice walks in the locality of the pub, and also attractions such as the Castle Combe circuit within the village. What better way to end a day of walking or racing than with a pie and a pint of real ale.
So relax and enjoy a warm, friendly welcome in a genuine bit of old England.
