We put our prices online because we want you to know the costs as soon as you are considering using us to support your event.

We believe our prices are very competitive and are committed to finding ways to deliver value to our customers - eg through our unique ‘self-assembly’ marquee hire option.

Most importantly, the prices you see on our website are the prices you pay. There are no hidden extras like VAT, insurance or delivery*. Sometimes (eg out of season) we may be able to offer discounts, so it’s always worth getting in touch!

Acorn Events is a small but growing company based near Lincoln serving the surrounding areas including parts of Nottinghamshire and Yorkshire.

We know that whatever event you are planning, large or small, the costs and worries can soon mount up. We aim to reduce both with our high quality and excellent value service - helping you to relax and enjoy your special event.

Founded in 2006, we initially hired just Bouncy Castles. Recent expansion means we now offer a range of garden games and, new for 2008, are pleased to offer quality marquee hire and sales - always aiming to save you money, our unique ‘self-assembly’ marquee hire option is already proving popular!

We realise that hiring or buying a marquee is a big expense. There is lots of information on the marquees on the website, but we appreciate you may want to know more before committing your hard earned money. For marquee hire, we offer a FREE site survey*. We can also supply tables, chairs and other accessories you might need for a great day!
