About the Site
This site is designed
as a revision aid to 'A' level maths students. At the moment the
content is based on the AEB Modular Maths course, and covers Module 1
(Pure) and Module 2 (Stats), but the content should prove useful to
most candidates.
This site is being built as
part of my IT project at MANCAT
college. It is still being
constructed, and I am adding new sections every week I will have
question and answer sections and past papers shortly.
The aim of the site is to
offer an alternative resource to aid a course or a tutorial.
Hopefully it offers a slightly different perspective, and a
convenient summary of the subjects covered.
The content is based on
Heinemann AEB Pure & Statistics text books, Core Maths for
A-level by Bostock and Chandler, and the excellent notes provided by
Alan Mould, my A-level teacher at MANCAT.
I would be happy to publish
any additional material you can provide. If anyone has any hints or
tips drop me a line. I have found writing this site a great aid for
my own revision, and if any other students want to write some
educational material of their own, or teachers want to get something
up on the net, I would be happy to host it.
