Condominium Rules

• No pets

• No smoking

• Maximum of 4 people allowed, one of which must be an adult over the age of 21

• Leave the condominium as you receive it

In order to allow fairness for everybody on vacation, the owners for each unit nominated and voted for a set of rules that apply to the whole Playa Kaan Condominiums complex.

Please DO NOT...

... have parties or make loud noise in the units or common areas past 12am

... have parties in common areas including around the pool without prior approval.

... allow children under 16 years of age in the pool without parental or adult supervision.

... leave trash in stairwells or in other common areas.

... use glass around the pool area. Please use only plastic/paper drinking glasses/cups.

... put cigarette ends in the grass or pool.

... leave spillages and breakages. Please clean up spillages and breakages immediately.

... park in front of main entrance, unless all other spaces are taken.
