Oh No! Not Poetry.

[ Oh No! Not Poetry? ]

'Oh no! Not Poetry?' we pleaded,
But our words went unheeded.
Although we resisted,
Our tutor insisted.
Now I have all these verses gathering dust
And some free web space - so use it I must.
The ClipArt’s on loan,
But the words are my own.
So, if you’re not averse
To a ballad, a sonnet and some free verse -
Here’s a bit of poetry
