Where the Hereford String Orchestra Meets:
The HSO rehearses every MONDAY in term time. Rehearsals commence at 7.30pm and usually finish around 9.30pm. Rehearsals take place in The Griffin Centre at Hereford Sixth Form College (unless other arrangements have to be made to accommodate college priorities).
Hereford String Orchestra acknowledges with gratitude the sponsorship by Hereford Sixth Form College.
Music Loan Scheme:
Music belonging to the HSO and to the former Hereford Orchestral Society has been combined to form a small lending library of between 300 and 400 orchestral sets. These are available on loan to individuals or societies on application to the Librarian on 01568 760 633. Free Catalogues are also available.
There is no charge for borrowing music, apart from postage, but as a Registered Charity
(No. 1033549), HSO is always pleased to receive donations which help to maintain and develop the library.
