A collection of interviews with authors filmed in Scotland since 2000. The early programmes were produced by Robert Morgan and broadcast under the titles Edinburgh Review of Arts and The Book Show on Edinburgh Television, a local TV channel. Subsequently these and later films - which were often based on interviews conducted during the Edinburgh International Book Festivals - were broadcast on Channel Six Dundee.

Some of these programmes have recently been published on DVD - under the series title Writers' Stories available in selected bookshops and via the Institute of Local Television.

Three levels of compression have been employed on each programme to allow for differences in connection bandwidth.
