If you have tried to sell, you will know that parks are generally unhelpful or have their own stock to sell first.

Sell on the Park or off park?

You will first need to decide how you want to proceed, usually selling your home on park is the most profitable way to dispose of it but this can take time, especially with an older or a more expensive home. You are allowed to sell your home to a trade supplier or back to your own park but you will receive a trade value (or in some cases less). This route is far quicker but be prepared to lose over 50% of the original purchase price.

How we can help?

On Park Sales:

Option 1: For an up front fee of £150.00 (plus Vat) we can advertise your home on a wide selection of proven web sites and also in caravan trade magazines and daily newspapers. We will also place it on this website with our own stock. We do not carry our own pre-owned stock so there is never a conflict of interests. We will usually achieve a higher selling price than our customers expect.

We will send you a weekly report of any interest and send all details of prospective purchasers to you. All you have to do is arrange to meet them and show them your caravan or lodge.

Option 2: If you prefer, when we have found interested customers through option 1, we are happy to meet them at your park, show them around and show them your home. We make a standard charge of £600 (plus Vat) if the customer buys. If the customer does not purchase, there is no charge.

This saves you the time of advertising, talking to potential buyers, who could waste your time, and visiting the park, only to be let down when they don't turn up.

We cannot guarantee success , but we can guarantee that you have a far better chance using our expertise.

Selling off Park

We use the same trade contacts that your park will use so we can promise a fast, reliable service. The difference is that we will transfer 100% of the sales proceeds to you, and we do not take a commission from the trader. We make a charge of £150.00 (+ vat) for this service.

NB: Your park owner can still charge a commission for on park sales or a de-siting cost if your home leaves the park.
