Seamus Ludlow (47) was murdered in County Louth on 2 May 1976. His killers were Loyalists. Four men were arrested by the RUC in February 1998. On 15 October 1999, the Northern Ireland Director of Public Prosecutions (DPP) decided to charge nobody for the murder of Seamus Ludlow.

Kevin Ludlow, the only surviving brother of Seamus Ludlow.Pictured here is Kevin Ludlow, the only surviving brother of Seamus, speaking to Don Mullan on TV3's 20/20 programme. Kevin identified his brother's body at the scene of the crime but he was mysteriously excluded from the subsequent inquest.
