ENTRANCE

A small porch provides cover while you access the property. Entry is made by using a key contained in a Lock Box, the code for the Lock Box and full instructions will be supplied before your departure so there's no need to find an agent on your arrival in order to obtain a door key.

KITCHEN

A fully equipped fitted kitchen with all the usual refinements including self cleaning range cooker, microwave, fridge-freezer with ice maker, waste disposal unit, toaster, kettle, blender, and coffee maker etc. with all the crockery, cutlery, glass ware and cooking utensils needed to lessen your workload, there is also a small dining table suitable for that informal snack or meal. The laundry area located in the garage has a washing machine, tumble dryer, with laundry baskets, Ironing board and Iron.

DINING AREA

The dining area is open plan with a large dining table which can seat all 10 guests if necessary. It is accompanied by tasteful décor to ensure the relaxing atmosphere is maintained throughout your stay.

FAMILY ROOM

Relaxed open plan living is ideal for holidays, this room filled with sumptuous furniture is spacious with two large sofas, and a love seat, an ideal room in which to relax and discuss the day. With its vaulted ceiling giving you a sense of size, it also has a ceiling fan (as do all the rooms) a large 25" TV with numerous cable channels and your own DVD player. Also has cable Internet access.

We have also included plenty of books, DVD's and games which you are welcome to use.

A sliding patio door leads to the Lanai a covered area with table and chairs by the pool deck, just sit with a glass of your favorite tipple and let the world go by.

So you can either enjoy the cool air-conditioned comfort of the family room or slip outside onto the decking and enjoy the delights of the large swimming pool.

BEDROOM 1

The master suite is a light and airy room with windows overlooking the pool and sun deck with the privacy of the conservation area beyond. It contains a massive King size bed, double dresser and mirror, bedside cabinets a clock radio alarm and your own TV /DVD player with cable connection.

There is a large walk-in closet so you'll have ample space for all your belongings.

EN-SUITE 1

Leading directly from the master bedroom is the en-suite bathroom with a large walk-in shower, toilet and wash bowl, with vanity unit, and hairdryer.

BEDROOM 2

This the second master suite with its Queen size bed and light washed furniture and decor gives the suite a pleasant roomy feel.

This bedroom also has its own TV/ DVD and cable plus large closet, double dresser and mirror, bedside cabinets clock/radio and lamps.

All rooms have extra pillows blankets etc should you require them.

EN-SUITE 2

The second master en-suite bathroom again is large and spacious, having a walk in shower wash bowl and vanity unit with hairdryer, and toilet.

BEDROOM 3

This lovely bedroom features twin beds and has been tastefully decorated and furnished. It also has a large built-in closet with plenty of space for your belongings.

BEDROOM 4

This also is a wonderful bright and airy room, with views from the front of the villa. It features twin beds, built-in closet, chest of drawers and has a large mirror.

The plantation palm theme is very popular at present and this room reflects this present trend in decor, making it suitable for all ages alike.

BEDROOM 5

This is the smallest bedroom in the villa but is still large enough for twin beds. It has been tastefully decorated and furnished to give a nice cosy feel, ideal for children. Once again, has views overlooking the pool, sun deck and conservation area. Also has a large built-in closet.

BATHROOM 3

This is the shared bathroom and provides ample space, and features a bath with shower over, toilet and wash bowl with mirrored vanity unit and cabinet. There is also hair drying facilities with hairdryer included under unit.

A separate external door opens out onto the lanai and pool area. This is a great advantage as swimmers can use the bathroom without having to walk through the villa.

SWIMMING POOL AND SPA

The large screened pool, 30' x 15', and the deck area are the perfect place to relax, overlooking the beautiful woodland conservation area. There is space for you and all your guests to sit and sip a cool drink while enjoying the wonderful Florida sunshine. The deck furniture with table, chairs and sun-loungers will enable you to soak up some Florida sunshine in perfect comfort. Or, if you prefer, the covered lanai allows you to unwind in the shade whilst enjoying the peaceful surroundings. Choose the right time of year and enjoy a warm late night soak in the illuminated Spa watching the Fireflies magical performance.

GAMES ROOM

We have a Pool Table, Air Hockey Table and Foosball Table for your enjoyment.
