Ok, so a lot of these bands might object to being classed as goth. They still show the influences of the music.. usually in the form of flowing keyboard work or a pounding, natural bass sound.

'Call on the Dark I & ][' are ace compilation CDs from Nuclear Blast Records. Trying not to stray into the more upbeat doom metal bands with this list... but here are a few names worth checking out. There is always some goth influence in the music.
