So here we are in the Comix section... Now I was never into comics as a lad.. I tried 'Dan Dare' and the 'Beano' and a few of the horribly generic super hero mags of the times (late 70's early 80's).. Just wasn't my speed.

Then a couple of years back I was surfing around.. as you do.. when I came across images of a gorgeous redhead called Dawn. That was it.. I downloaded as much as I could and tried to find out more. Web folk being extremely loyal, to the subjects they deal with, I found it very hard to find scanned copies of the comics on the web. The only way to find out was to ask... and it was this way I met some of the coolest people I know.

I now have a reasonable Dawn collect and thanks to some tips from a guy in a carboot sale (who sold me my first Dawn comic - Thanx again) I got into Razor and Lady Death. Dawn is the Goddess of Birth and Rebirth... Lady Death is the embodiment of Death (in the current series - quite literally) and aims to annihilate all life on earth.. for love.

My current love is Strangers In Paradise. A very different tale for a comic - yeah its down to earth and kinda every-day-life stuff but it so wonderfully drawn and scripted it is a must.
