The Oast House was formally used for drying hops, and has been converted into a comfortable home with modern conveniences, including full central heating, whilst retaining the charm of its period features.

The house is within the 3 acre gardens of Manor Farm, which are often open in aid of the National Garden Scheme. The Oast House has its own small garden and patio area for BBQ's and private parties. There is spacious car parking. Sorry, no dogs allowed.

East Hagbourne is situated in south Oxfordshire, England. It is approximately 1 hour from Heathrow airport, 20 minutes from Oxford and has many places of local interest to visit nearby, including Blenheim Palace, Windsor Castle, Stratford-upon-Avon, Bath and the Cotswolds. London is 35 minutes by train from nearby Didcot Station.

The Local Pub is 5 minutes walk and offers good food and a friendly atmosphere.
