The Harry Bowling Prize is sponsored by Headline Book Publishing and is aimed at encouraging new, unpublished fiction. The prize is open to anyone who has not previously had an adult novel published.
The Prize has been established in honour of Harry Bowling the King of Cockney sagas who was the author of eighteen bestselling novels of London East End life, and who died in 1999.
