1. The Kanigiri Centre   

 

1.  The Kanigiri Centre pictured in August 1995, months after it was built.  It was originally built to accommodate 35 children.	2.  By February 1997 work had begun on the construction of the first floor of the centre.  By now 60 children were at the Kanigiri Centre.	3. By November 1998 the first floor was completed and the centre, designed  to accommodate 75 children,  was caring for 83.  A jeep (pictured) had just been purchased so the children did not have to travel to school by the precarious cycle-rickshaw that was previously used.

2. The Ongole Centre
