First we calculated how much extra we would have to charge you to pay for the expense of a booking agent. It was too high so we are selling direct to you and have cut the price accordingly.
Then we tried to calculate how much to charge in high season, how much in mid season and how much in low season. That got too complicated for simple folks like us so we just charge one price all year, the low season price that is!
So its simple. You pay £350 per week (525 Euros or $630), for the apartment not per person. That's only £12.50 per person per night, beat that! All we ask in return is that you respect the fact that the apartment accommodates no more than four people.

A deposit of £100 is required to reserve the apartment. The balance is payable, along with a security deposit of £100, no less than ten weeks before your reservation commences.
The apartment is rented from Saturday until Saturday. It will be available from 2pm on the day of arrival and has to be vacated by 10am on the day of departure.
