Welcome back

Happy New Year and we hope you had a good holiday and enjoyed the festive season. Thank you from all the staff for your kind words, gifts and cards over Christmas. May we extend a special welcome to all the new children who start their first term with us. We hope your stay will be happy and productive.
 
Late News added...
OUR OFSTED REPORT 2008 was completed recently and we achieved GOOD on all levels so we are proud to say that our results once again were in the top area Copies of the report will be available for parents soon in the nursery and on line, here on our website.

Future Events .......

Teddy Bears Picnic, we shall be having our annual teddy bears picnic shortly after Easter, we will let you know the date soon. Children can bring their favorite teddy. We will be making sandwiches and doing face painting. The children do enjoy this event. So that all children may take part it will be run over two days.
 

The Redbrige toy library bus will be visiting the nursery soon and will be parked outside the building. You will be able to buy, or hire toys and equipment etc. this will be well worth a visit!.

Our Photographer will be here soon taking Colour photo's of the children keep an eye out for the posters. Dress up for photo's!! Tuesday 11th & Wednesday 12th March.

Dental Health

A visit is planned shortly from the Dental Health Authority. There will be role play and talks about healthy eating - dates will be given later.

Please feel free to discuss any concerns you may have about your child or to discuss their progress at nursery with their key worker. Staff are always available during the morning..

Name Cards are out each morning on the table as you come in, this is to help the children to learn to read and find their own name every day.
Children's names will be on coloured cards RED, GREEN, YELLOW & BLUE Please help and encourage your child to find their own name every morning and hand it to their teacher.
