The Dead.

The Reckoning of 1863 returned the power of Magic to Earth, but it also unleashed the Demonic Manitou from the Hunting Grounds.  One of the greatest afronts to Nature that these malevolent spirits have perpetrated is the prevention of a Soul from moving on, instead they trap this being within their Shell creating the Undying or Harrowed.
