Due to the nature of the illness, we sometimes don't realise how long we've been ill, or even how long some of our friends have been ill, especially considering how bad a memory we've all got!! This is a list to show sufferers & carers birthday's. If you see someone on the list, and it's near their birthday, why not email them a birthday greeting? I'm sure they would appreciate it, especially considering how lonely it can be with M.E. Go on, make someone happy today!!

If you're submitting your birthday to the list, if you're feeling your age you don't have to submit your year of birth. Please note that the dates should be in UK format, i.e. dd/mm/yyyy.
