PIMPARD HURDY GURDY
Lute shaped, this instrument has a carved head and decorative fretwork, in rosewood, set in the collar by the handle. The staves are in figured sycamore. The Pimpard is larger and louder that the Louvet and there is only one set of sympathetic strings.
