Bach, Handel, Telemann and Corelli - solo works and sonatas with continuo which push the recorder to its very limits, contrasted with original Eighteenth Century transcriptions of Handel concerti for solo organ.
THE RUSSELL COLLECTION: ST. CECILIA'S HALL St. Cecilia’s Hall is the home of the Russell Collection of early keyboard instruments, and contains a number of the world’s finest harpsichords. Many of these have been restored to playing condition, and we are very grateful to the Collection for allowing us access, once again, to two such superb instruments.
