The all new Big Big Big Jacobs ladder page
| This is our new big Jacobs ladder I built after
seeing the massive ladder built by Bill Wysock for an
electronics store.
The electrodes are 3/4" copper pipe and are just short of 4 feet long. We have used the ladder to test out the ballast for our pole pig, this page may take some time to load as at the bottom is a small animated GIF of it running.

If you have looked on the what's cool page then you would have seen this small Jacobs ladder built by me some time ago. After seeing Mike Harrison's Ladder a few years back I thought um..... I could do that.. So I added the magic ingredient ((( HAIR SPRAY ))). The two photos below were taken by my girlfriend Irene, well I had to keep her happy somehow as it was her hair spray I was using up... |
