Birmingham pirate reggae music station Radio Star is aiming to get
into the hit parade in its efforts to become legalised. Licence The song is a rapping version of a track by Junior Brown called "Reggae Melody" which also on the 10-inch version. So far 1,500 copies of the single have been pressed and it is doing "very well" according to promoter Cecil Morris, who was recently fined £100 by Birmingham magistrates for illegal broadcasting.
