Thursday 3rd September, (in the Vikingar Auditorium at Barrfields, Largs, at 8 pm, Admission by donation) , The Hakon Hakonsson Lecture for Viking Festival Week : "Gods, Heroes & Christians in the Western Viking World" by Dr. Christopher Morris.

Monday 19th October, (joint meeting with Largs and North Ayrshire Family History Society), Billy Kay, "The Scottish World" -- in St. Columba's Church Session House
Monday 2nd November, Frank Quinn, "Clyde Crossings"
Monday 16th November, Nigel Willis, "Glasgow Necropolis, The Burial Place of those that made Glasgow the Second City of the Empire"
Monday 7th December, "Marine Section Members' Nite"
