Tongue Drums

Unfortunately I do not have a good photo of the Tongue Drum yet.

The instrument is basically a hollow box (aren`t they all) with a hardwood

top in which are cut 'tongue' shapes, each shape produces a different tone.

Trilok Gurtu the percussionist plays one in his drum solo`s.
