Ho Hum. A year has passed (since I wrote my note). Still - does anybody ever read this page (I have my doubts - let me know if you do). Not much has happened in the interim, except I have finished a 2-year contract in Livingston and am now broke and looking for another. No Megatars sold as yet but still pushing (and also in the process of arranging a tie-up with an amp manufacturer - watch for news on www.orphic.co.uk). Working on a solo repertoire for Megatar - but probably won't be gigging for a year or two. Stund! are back on the road after a bit of a layoff with lots of new material up and coming - soon to be performing in our village Jubilee celebrations. I have (more or less) left The Directors due to the problems of commuting from Scotland for gigs/rehearsals. I have left the details on this site as I hope to still play the occasional dep. gig for them. Just back from a superb (if short) holiday in Italy - touring Rome/Sorrento/Capri/Pompeii/Herculaneum. Much relaxed (but even broker). Composing still on hold - I intend to recommence studies when a new contract comes up. Grandchildren still appropriately bonny and bouncy and the rest of the family are well. Seems like a dull life, doesn't it? Still, I'm not complaining. |
