Exciting prizes to be won in wildlife photographic competition

NANTWICH Museum and Stapeley Grange Wildlife Centre are getting together to organise a photographic competition for budding photographers from the age of four to 21. We want your pictures of British wildlife.

There will be three age categories - 4 to 11, 11 to 16 and 16 to 21 - with exciting prizes for the first three photographs in each category. The prizes are being provided by Tatton Park, near Knutsford, Nantwich Book Shop and the Rotary Club of Nantwich

And if that is not enough, selected entries from the competition will form an exhibition in the Community Gallery from August 2 to September 10.

This exhibition and the previous one - from June 21 to July 30 - will run in parallel with the Animal Art Adventure which will be in the Millennium Gallery from July 2 to September 24.

All of these events will be in conjunction with the RSPCA at Stapeley Grange, near Nantwich.

lTHE closing date for entries in the photographic competition is June 26. Entries must be submitted as a high-resolution j.peg or an A4 print on photographic paper. Submit them in person or by post to Nantwich Museum, Pillory Street, Nantwich, Cheshire, CW5 5BQ or e-mail to enquiries@nantwichmuseum.org.uk. Entries must feature British wildlife only.
