CHAINS It is a
legal requirement that snow chains are carried and used on some of
the roads in the Chamonix Valley. The
road from the center of Les Houches up to the apartment is regularly
cleared by the local council. However
directly after fresh snow fall many cars will have difficulty
getting up the hill. Snow
chains are therefore essential in winter. We
strongly suggest hiring/buying in the UK, especially if arriving
late!

Guests provide own bed linen and towels (quilts
and pillows provided).

A standard clean is included in the price, but
please leave the apartment tidy. If a deep clean is necessary
then this will be deducted from your security deposit.

Our agent will let in, check out and deal with
any problems during the stay.

A security deposit of £250 per week is
required with the final payment, which is due 4 weeks before
arrival date. OR our agent can accept a deposit of 400Euros on
arrival.

Taxe Sejour - 0.9-1.0 Euros
is payable to the agent on arrival (Children <11years free).

Bookings from Saturday to
Saturday unless otherwise agreed.

Arrival
between1600-2100hrs. Depart by 1000hrs. (To
allow for cleaning).
