Hello Brother!! I been very s glad and surprised whwn I surfed among the Saabsites and find another J.W. who is loving cars! Hi! I'm a Swedish Saab owner/Saab nut. Not yet member of the Swedish Saab club, but I'm going to be. Found your site on their link page. I saw the rumble problem you had with your 99. If it is in the front of the engine, and the sound is varying with the engine speed, not the driving speed, suspect the bearings in the front transmission from the clutch outgoing axis to the gearbox. I was just doing a search on the name Plucknett. My great-great grandmother was a Plucknett (married a Hood) from England. Her brothers came to Nebraska in the 1850's and were some of the first pioneers in our area. I have not been able to go to England, but several of our relatives have done a "Plucknett" tour. The oldest relative I have a record of was William Plucknett - baptized November 28, 1801 in East Pennard. But I do know relatives in the Washington D.C. area have traced our relatives back to the D
