For Passap and Pfaff Duomatic 80 and Electronic 6000
Ladies Summer or Evening Top [Instructions for Electronic 6000 in brackets]
Size: To fit 86 cm bust. Yarn length per 100 g = 420 m
Material: Any 2/8s type yarn. Approx. 150g each white and black.
Stitch size: Cast on st.s 3. Pattern Back 5 1/2. Front 4.
Test square: Tuck pattern 100 st (counted on front bed) = 63.5 cm,
RC 100 = 19 cm.
Pattern: Two colour tuck pattern according to diagram. [Pattern A: TECH 186 but see diagram for revised needle settings].

A = tubular cast on for 1:1 [Cast on 1 ]. Cont. to knit. B = trans. sts and arrange Ns as diagram and knit in pattern [pattern 186] cont. to knit. C = cont. to knit in pattern. dec. on both sides. D = cont. to knit inc. on both sides. E = divide work, cast off centre sts. Put left part onto decker combs. Cont. to knit right part and at the same time dec. left for neck and inc. right for armhole. F = cont. dec. at left for neck and dec. right for shoulder. Put left side back on the same nd as before and finish knitting with reversed shape.
To make up:
Block parts to size and shape. Sew shoulder seams. Sew side seams. Work crochet edging around neckline and armholes if liked.
