St Pancras Church is situated at the junction of Irelands Lane with Western Road (the continuation of the main street through Lewes towards the west). It is a red-brick building sited opposite the Anglican Church of St Anne on Western Road. St Pancras does not presently have its own web site.

The church is accessible by wheelchair but has very limited parking space for vehicles. However, ample car-parking is available nearby in the car park of East Sussex County Council, which is available for public use in the evenings and at weekends. The entrance to the car park is off Western Road, immediately opposite St Pancras Church, down a lane between a house and the entrance to St Anne's Church.
