ACCOMMODATION This is a 1-bedroom first floor apartment for 2 people in a brand new modern apartment block. It is in the heart of Glasgow, situated on the waterfront. The lounge has a leather sofa and armchair complemented by steel and glass tables. There is a flat screen TV with access to digital channels and radio stations. There is also a DVD/CD player with a selection of DVDs and CDs, plus a collection of books and games for your enjoyment. Wireless broadband internet access is provided, with a computer desk for your laptop.

The fitted kitchen has an electric oven and gas hob, fridge, dishwasher, microwave and washer/dryer and incorporates a dining area. It is well-equipped with crockery, cutlery, pots and pans and everything else you will need. In addition, the apartment has all the essentials, including an iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner and cleaning materials.

The double bedroom, at the rear of the building, has a kingsize bed and mirrored wardrobe with plenty of storage for your personal belongings. The bathroom has a bath with shower, wash basin and toilet. There is a heated towel rail and shaver point and constant hot water.
