ACCOMMODATION This is a two bedroom eighth floor apartment for 4/5 people in a modern apartment block. It is in the heart of Glasgow, situated on the waterfront with stunning high-level views across the River Clyde. Its central position means that Glasgow's shops, restaurants, theatres, bars and tourist attractions are within easy walking distance.

The sunny south-facing open-plan main room incorporates a lounge/dining area and a fully-fitted kitchen with quality appliances. A balcony with sliding glass doors overlooks the river. The lounge has good quality furnishings, including a sofa which converts into a bed sleeping a single person, a flat screen digital TV and DVD/CD player. There is a selection of DVDs, CDs, books and indoor games. Wireless broadband internet access is provided, with a computer desk and chair for your comfort when using your laptop.

[ click on interior photos to enlarge ] The fitted kitchen has an electric oven and gas hob, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave and washer/dryer and incorporates a dining area with table and chairs to seat up to 4 people. It is well-equipped with crockery, cutlery, pots and pans and everything else you will need. In addition, the apartment has all the essentials, including an iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner and cleaning materials.

Opening off the central hallway are two bedrooms and a bathroom. There is secure access and a lift, and the apartment has gas central heating. The master bedroom, which overlooks the river, has a king size bed and mirrored wardrobe with plenty of storage for your personal belongings. It has an en suite shower room.

The second bedroom, located at the rear of the apartment, has a double bed and mirrored wardrobe. One person can be accommodated on the sofa bed in the lounge, by arrangement. Bedding will be provided on request. The bathroom has a bath, wash basin and toilet. There is a heated towel rail and shaver point and constant hot water.

ELECTRICITY All gas and electricity costs are included in the rental. INTERNET ACCESS The apartment has free wireless broadband access for guests with wireless enabled laptops.

LINEN All bed linen, towels and tea towels are provided free of charge. Bed linen for the sofa bed will be provided by arrangement. If you stay for longer than 9 nights, clean bed linen and towels will be provided free of charge at the end of each week. WHAT IS PROVIDED IN THE APARTMENT? You will find supplies of the following: Coffee, tea bags, sugar, salt, pepper, oil and vinegar, dishwasher tablets and other cleaning fluids; toilet rolls, kitchen paper and bin liners; soap, shower gel, shampoo; bed linen, towels, tea towels, oven glove.
