MICHAEL'S PHOTO ALBUM

This is where I get to be a little self-indulgent folks! People all over the world have been contacting me ever since they saw the new mug-shot of myself on this site. The general consensus of opinion seems to be that I am an "ugly git"!!!
"Let's see some pictures of you taken when you were good-looking", they all say so:
I have raided the Family vault, blown the dust off some of the photo albums and come up with this lot, which are roughly
in chronological order. I shall add more, as and when I can find them!
There is a short precis of my life history at the end of Photo Album 2 which will hopefully explain all the photos.
As all my immediate Family including my parents are now long-gone I have not included any Family shots here at the moment, although I may do at a later stage.

Michael lands on planet Earth......                                  Just in time for a bath......                                 Then a ride on his horse!

What to do next?                            A spot of D.I.Y?                                                 He needs schooling, but......             He'd rather take pics!

They got him in the end, but......                                   He'd much prefer to be an actor!                           Learning Muscatel drinking in Spain!

Student nurse Cull joins the hospital band.....        And also does some demonstration work.        He eats with passengers as Cruise Organist.

Club-Nite at the hospital......       One of the Wurzels?               Farmer Cull................           Learns the art of milking;      And the accordion!

Well folks, this seems to be a good place to put the interval! It seems appropriate at this point to include the photo on the left.
Around 1963 I first came into contact with Edward Nayler, known to everyone simply as Ted. He was to become a lifelong friend, mentor, confidante and counsellor.
Being a gifted vocalist, having formerly been a radio performer, Ted was a constant source of inspiration and encouragement to me during my early musical years. He also supported me during one of the most traumatic periods of my then early life. He was never a person to judge or condemn an individual, but somehow always managed to seek out the good points rather than the bad.
Ted possessed a unique brand of old-fashioned stage humour, which today might be termed rather camp, so he would probably feign outrageous indignation were he to be aware that this photo was being blasted all over the internet.
Although being the progeny of the aristocracy, Ted could relate to, and converse with, people of any status; whether they be nobility or commoner. He was a Gentleman and also a gentle man. Sadly, Ted passed away on 24th November 2001.
Edward Cartwright Pershouse Nayler. 1929 - 2001. Celer et Certus. R.I.P.
