3. GREENTYLES FOOTPATH

The photo was taken from the bridge looking towards Darrow Lane.

This path, part of Parish Walk No. 3 ,runs from between Greentyles and Lilac Cottages in Common Road through to Darrow Lane. The only obstacle is an easily opened new gate
Note: There is a slight change here. The path used to run from north of Greentyles, but now is to the south.
There is a gate by Common Road, please close it after you, followed by a grass stretch, newly mown on the last visit. Crossing a small bridge it becomes a field side walk with a ditch on one side. It makes a nice connection between the two roads.
