5. POPLAR FARM FOOTPATH

The photo was taken looking up Chequer's Lane from the A1066

This path, part of Parish Walk No. 2 stretches down hill from alongside Poplar Farm to Chequer's Lane on A1066 .
The path starts through a narrow alley, and goes into a grassy area alongside a hedge. It then crosses straight across a field, ploughed on the last visit . Then on to a nice fieldside walk, dog legs right, down to Chequer's Lane . There is a useful entrance from there into the "Chequer's Inn"
