21 days prior to the game payment for the tickets must be in the hands of the Treasurer. (Updates on ticket prices will be issued by E-mail, enquiries may also be directed at Bob on the branch phone).

The reverse of the payment should detail the game, number of tickets and members names.

The Treasurer and Ticket Co-ordinator will then confirm the names of those tickets requested against those paid for.

Tickets paid for will be the only ones ordered.

Once ordered the tickets are the responsibility of the member, Bob may be able to help in passing on unwanted tickets but this is not a guarantee.

In terms of responsibility for confirming arrangements this is down to the member to confirm with Bob again by using the branch number 07812-347461.

Tickets in respect of Home games will be available for collection at the Box office on match days.

Away Match tickets will be forwarded by post either by the club or the Branch, a nominal postage charge may be required.

A despatch address will be asked for when the tickets are ordered together with a contact phone number.

All recipients of tickets are required to be members of the branch.

In circumstances where a full allocation of tickets is not given to the branch by the club Bob will contact those members affected.

In all cases tickets are only to go to Charlton fans, problems will result in the ticket allocation opportunities being withdrawn to not only the individual member but also the branch.
