<BODY BGCOLOR="#EBCDB5" LINK="#0080C0" VLINK="#0000A0"> <FONT FACE="Arial"><BASEFONT SIZE="2"> <CENTER><B>THE PALATINATE ENSEMBLE</B></CENTER><BR> <P ALIGN="JUSTIFY">The Palatinate Ensemble is Durham's premiere string chamber music group (<i>The Journal</i>: <font size="-3">21 Jan 2002</font>). Its members, drawn from the local area and the university, are amongst the most experienced young players within north-east England. The group combines youthful flair and dynamic playing with great technical skill across a wide range of music.</P> <P ALIGN="JUSTIFY">The Ensemble regularly plays with Durham Cathedral Choir and performs in a variety of concerts, as well as occasionally providing musicians for functions in Durham and further afield.</P> <P ALIGN="CENTER"><I>You are unable to view the Palatinate Ensemble's website as your browser does not support frames.
