Well its that time of year when I start getting REALLY excited about the new foals! OK so I haven't finished weaning last years' foals yet but heck they are only 6-8 months old so surely its forgiveable?! As most people have seen we have a new arrival this year in the form of the perlino mare Paith Magical Rockset who is by Paith Magical Meredith and who can have dilute black, buckskin and palomino foals to chestnut stallions. I am looking forward with great interest to this year's foal which is due in May.
January 2007
Well 2006 was the usual mix of highs and lows - some wonderful foals at home, some great stud visitors (lovely to see you all), some huge wins in the show ring for my hairy homebreds Taraco Razzmatazz and Taraco Fiasco, some new arrivals and some very reluctant sales. I am hopefully looking forward to 3 section D foals and 2 section A foals next year:

knowledge, laughter and friendship. As usual the biggest thank you must go to all
my friends and family for putting up with me, and the constant excuses for
my muddy car, messy flat, scruffy clothes and inability to go away for
