There is a sheltered sun trap patio with garden furniture and a useful utility room housing a freezer, washer, dryer, 2nd loo and basin. Parking available a few yards beyond the cottage. Duvets and linen (but not towels) are provided. Hot water is included (and central heating in cooler months) electricity charged by meter reading. Telephone connected for incoming calls.
