Is “H” from STEPS Gay? |
IntroductionI don’t know the answer to this question but it is a topic of some debate within my gay circle of friends. Some are convinced that “the other one is gay because he is less camp.” The intent of this page is to examine any real evidence but NOT to OUT ‘H’ -- that’s his choice. FOR1. H is the only member of STEPS to appear naked in Attitude magazine (a gay UK style magazine). This is a pretty radical gay thing to do. The rumour is that the rest of the STEPS team were upset by him doing this (I have not seen this in writing).
2. H appears in an exclusive interview in Boyz (an in-your-face gay free publication). Suspicious as he is the only member of STEPS to do this.
3. He wants to be children’s TV presenter. A sure sign. 4. No direct statement (ever) that he is heterosexual. AGAINST1. No other information available by surfing the internet. 2. No direct statement from H apart from vague answers to “what makes a perfect girlfriend” sort of interview questions. 3. Just because 95% of gay men fancy him does not mean he is gay. He also gets a lot of gay exposure as STEPS have a large gay following. More general information on STEPS
