All of our food is cooked in the country parlour kitchen, using free-range eggs,  whole grains, vegetarian cheeses & daily delivered vegetables. We serve Free Trade Rain Forest Alliance Arabica coffee, tea and organic hot chocolate. Our supplies are from fair trade co-operative ventures and local traders.

courgette & rosemary, split pea & parsnip, cream of watercress, spinach & almond, red cabbage & apple, carrot and cashew nut, minted green pea, all with our delicious home baked rolls, made daily

lunches 

leek & pepper croustade, homity pie, pear & stilton quiche, courgette & mushroom garlic pancakes, carrot, apricot & cashew nut patties with hot salsa, roasted Mediterranean vegetable tart, lasagne, pizza, tortillas etc.
